Our group is involved in the development of the “Blue Economy” on the African continent, this is driven by the expansion of existing port infrastructure and development of new port infrastructure to enable the throughput of all types of cargo as well as to take advantage of maritime traffic in respect of providing replenishment facilities, maintenance and repairs of vessels as well as ship building.

ICS Oil and Gas, an oil services company, was established on the back of vast experience gained over many years. The company was established in Libya in 2014 at a very difficult time in the country’s recent history. Expertise in all aspects of oil services and EPF establishment have opened the door to several high value opportunities. In this value chain we have upstream and midstream project opportunities which are currently in development.
Rail infrastructure and the associated logistics elements play a key role in the throughput of mineral ore, agricultural produce. Our group has several rail infrastructure projects in development. We also offer on-track maintenance capabilities and equipment.
